A few highlights of the month >>
I WALK
is a month-long event during April 2006 that promotes
walking and walkable places. This is a chance for
Knox County
and East Tennessee to get outside and take some steps—
steps toward a healthier community, a healthier environment,
a healthier economy, and a healthier you.
The I WALK Vision
Knox County and East Tennessee residents will walk
for transportation and recreation to promote:
Community Health, Environmental Health, and Economic Health
